HOW TO USE:

After cleansing & toning, apply a thin layer of Arnicare Cream to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury.
Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.

Important Note: This product has a low melting point due to the exclusion of waxes and the nature of the formulation.  The cream will possibly liquify in transport to warmer climates.  This has no impact on the performance or shelf life.  Simply stir and place in the freezer to cool rapidly and evenly, this prevents crystallisation and clumping.  Graininess in butters is commonplace in the summer months, but the above technique can help achieve a smoother balm.
